How to Search for X4V User via Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article outlines the steps to search for a specific X4V user within the Xvantage for Associates (X4A) using various criteria such as name, role, or email address.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and click Okta.
2. Search for X4A and click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in another tab.
3. In the left navigation menu, click Vendors then select Account Management.
4. From the drop-down menu, select Vendor Account. 
5. Use the search bar to find the vendor account for the specific X4V User. 
6. Click the Vendor Account Name (displayed as a hyperlink) to open its details. 
7. Click X4V Users tab.
8. Use the drop-down filter to search for one of the following options:
   • Name
   • Role
   • Email Address
9. Enter the corresponding value in the search bar and press Enter.
10. The matching user/s will appear in the results list.
