How to Select Orders in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to select orders in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it. Xvantage for Associates will open in a new window tab.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Discount Management.

5. Enter a vendor name in the Vendor text box.

6. Select the vendor from the results list.

7. Click the Search button.

8. Select one or more orders from the Results table.

9. Select the Delink & Recost button.

10. Enter a Reason in the pop-up and click Yes.

11. Review the message in the pop-up and click Okay.
