How to Send the Link of Your View in Competitor Section via Email Message in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can share the link to your current view on Competitors Section in CRM through an email message. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 
3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.
6. If needed, you may opt to switch your views. By default, unless you already changed it, the view is set is to All competitors (summary). To switch views, click the drop-down arrow. 
7. Once you’re ready to share your view, head over to the command tool bar located on the top of the screen. 
8. Locate Email a Link and click the drop-down icon. Choose Of Current View. 
9. Outlook will automatically open, with the link to your created view auto populated on the body of the email. 
10. Compose the email as per your usual. 
11. Nominate the email addresses of the recipients. 
12. Send the email.
