How to Send the Link to a Competitor via Email Message in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can share a link to a competitor profile through an email. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 
2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.
3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitor.
6. Locate the competitor/s that you want to share through an email by the quick search function or changing your account vendor profile view. 
7. Select the accounts by clicking the checkbox that corresponds to them. 
8. From the command tool bar located on the top of the screen, click on Email a Link. 
9. Outlook will automatically open with the links to the accounts auto populated on the body of the email. 
10. Compose the email as per your usual. 
11. Nominate the email addresses of the recipients. 
12. Send the email.
