How to Open Competitor List in Excel Online in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can view the competitor list from CRM to Excel online. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 
3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.
6. On the command tool bar located on the top part of the screen, you will find a number of options related to Excel functions. Click on Open in Excel Online. 
7. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the Excel file. 
8. Click Save to begin the import. 
   • Note: Do not make further edits to this data before the import process is complete.
9. Click Track Progress. 
10. You will be shown the progress of importation. Wait until it reads as Complete.
