How to Export a Dynamic Excel Worksheet of Competitors in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can export a dynamic worksheet of competitors list to Excel.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.

6. On the command tool bar located on the top part of the screen, you will find a number of options related to Excel functions. Click on Dynamic Worksheet.

7. The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
