How to Export a Static Excel Worksheet of Competitors in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can export a static worksheet of competitors list to Excel. Be guided that static worksheets are basically a snapshot of the data at a specific point in time, it won’t update even if the source data changes. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.u.

5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.

6. On the command tool bar located on the top part of the screen, you will find a number of options related to Excel functions. Click on Static Worksheet.

7. The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
