Overview:
This article will guide you through exporting a dynamic pivot table of the competitors list in CRM. The file will be saved in your device in an Excel spreadsheet.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.
On the command tool bar located on the top part of the screen, you will find a number of options related to Excel functions. Click on Dynamic Pivot Table.
A small pop-up window will appear, letting you select the columns for your pivot table.
Once you’re done with the pivot structure, hit Export.
The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
