How to Access a Competitor's Website Through CRM

Overview:

This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how you can visit a competitor’s website through the CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales, then choose Competitors.

6. By default, the view is set to All Competitors (summary), unless you’ve changed historically. Switch to your desired view by choosing from the drop-down menu.

7. The display area lists the names of the competitors, and their website.

8. Under the website column, click the competitor’s link to their website.
