How to View Competitors in CRM

Overview:

This article provides steps on how to view competitors in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 
2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.
3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Competitors.
6. You will be directed to the All Competitors view. 
7. If you need to change this view, simply click the dropdown menu and select from the list. 
8. Here, you can view detailed information about each competitor, including their website, currency, address, strengths, and weaknesses.
