How to Search for a Competitor in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a guide on how to search for a specific competitor in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM sidebar menu, go to Sales and click on Competitors.

6. You will be directed to the All Competitors (summary) view.

7. To filter the list, click the Name column header.

8. Use the Filter By option to narrow down your search for a specific competitor.

9. Change the condition from Equals to Contains.

10.  Input the competitor’s name on the field and click Enter. Matching results will be displayed.

11. Alternatively, you can use the Quick Find bar beside edit filters for a faster search.
