How to Navigate on a Competitors Account Details in CRM

Overview:

This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how you can explore a competitor’s account in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.

6. Locate the competitor that you want to view by using the quick search icon or the filter function. 

7. Click on the name of the competitor (hyperlink) to view its full details. 

8. Just below the competitor’s name, you may choose among the two available views: 

   • Information (default view) 

   • Competitor
