How to View a Competitors SWOT Analysis in CRM

Overview:

This article will provide the step-by step instructions on how you can view a competitor’s Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 
3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Choose Competitors.
6. Locate the competitor you want to check by using the quick search tool or filter function. 
7. Once you’ve pulled out the account, click on the name (hyperlink) to open a full view of their details. 
8.  You will be directed to the competitor’s information window. Switch to the Analysis tab.
9. On the analysis tab, you may review the competitor’s SWOT analysis, and an overview of their details.
