Overview:
This article provides the steps on how you can sort items in Sales Assistant so you can efficiently locate a specific item from a complete list of products.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.
Choose your preferred list of quotes by selecting from the drop-down menu for quotes view situated in the top left corner of the display.
To find the quote that you need, click the column header and use the Filter By option or the Filter by keyword bar.
Open the quote by clicking the quote name (a hyperlink).
Click the Sales Assistant button from the command tool bar located on the top part of the screen within the quote’s page. If not visible, click the ellipsis icon (⋮) to reveal more command options.
You will be directed to X4A Sales Assistant.
The sort button is located beside the filter button.
Once clicked, you will be presented with a number of options to manage your view such as vendor name, prices, and vpn.
The page automatically updates as you click a sort option.
