How to Switch to Focused View on End Users Section in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you to customize your view on the End Users section in CRM. Focused View reduces screen clutter and minimizes your view to specific tasks and set of related items only.  

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select CRM.

4. In Xvantage CRM left navigation menu, navigate to the Customers and select End Users.

5. On the command tool bar located on the top of the screen, click Focused View.  

6. This will transform your view into a more compressed and minimalistic display. 

7. To revert to Read Only Grid, click Read Only Grid still located on the command tool bar.
