How to Update Notification Settings in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

Refer to this knowledge base article to manage your notification preferences in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, navigate to the upper right corner of the page. Click on the bell icon (Notifications).

4. Once it opens, click the gear icon (Notification Settings).

5. Locate the Notifications drop-down.

6. Depending on your region, the notifications drop-down options may slightly differ. Here are some notification preferences that you can adjust:

   • GDE Bid Life Cycle

     • New Pending User

     • New Pending Reseller

   • Quotes

     • Daily quote activity

     • Weekly quote activity

     • Quotes expiring within 7 days

   • Cost Update

     • Notifications on new cost update from vendors

7. Check the boxes under Email and In-App according to your preference to select where you will receive notifications.
