How to Use the Filters in Pricing Rules in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps to access and apply filters in the Pricing Rules feature of Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: Previously named as Advanced Search, now called Pricing Rules.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Revenue.

4. Click Pricing Rules.

5. View the pricing rules displayed from the Global Pricing Engine (GPE).

6. Click on the tile/category that you want to view.

7. Locate and select the filter buttons below the selected tile (example: Activation date, Expiration date)

8. Choose from the drop-downs.

9. Click Apply.

10. The results displayed will reflect the filter criteria you selected.

11. To remove filters, click Clear.
