How to View and Download Book-to-bill - Week Orders Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and download the Book-to-Bill – Week Orders Report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). The report displays weekly order and backorder metrics to support order monitoring and analysis.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Book-to-bill under Backorders.

4. Click the B2B – week tab.

5. A clustered column chart with stack line will appear showing Book-to-Bill metrics for the week, including:

   • Order Intake

   • Invoiced Value

   • Total Backorders USD (Shippable + Non-Shippable)

   • Non-Shippable Backorder USD

   • Book-to-Bill Ratio

6. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) located beside the filters.

7. Select Download.

8. In the pop-up window, choose your desired format:

   • CSV

   • PDF – If selected, you must also choose a paper size from the drop-down

9. Click Download.

10. The file will begin downloading automatically and will be saved in your Downloads folder.
