How to View and Download Country Overview Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This document includes steps on how to view and download the country overview report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then click Country overview. The Country overview page appears.

4. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

5. In the Country overview tab, click the ellipse at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

6. Click Download to download the report. The Download Profitability Overview dialogue box appears.

7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list:

   • CSV

   • PDF - if you select this format you have to select the paper size

8. Click Download. The Profitability Overview report is downloaded.
