How to View and Download Metrics Definition Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to view and download the Metrics Definition report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation and click Supply chain, and then click Country overview. The Country overview page appears.

4. In the Metrics Definition tab, click the ellipsis (:) at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

5. Click Download to download the report. The Download Appendix Country dialogue box appears.

6. Select the desired format from the drop-down list:

   • CSV

   • PDF - if you select this format you have to select the paper size

7. Click Download. The Appendix Country report is downloaded.
