How to View and Download Critical Issue Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

These steps will help you view and download the Critical issue report in Xvantage.

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Hover over the left navigation pane and click Supply chain. Under Inventory Management, click Critical issue report. The Critical issue report page appears.

4. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

5. In the Critical issue report tab, click the ellipse at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

6. Click Download to download the report. The Download Critical Issue Report dialogue box appears.

7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list.

8. Click Download. The Critical issue report is downloaded.
