How to View the Post-Mortem List in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can access and view the Post-Mortem list from Xvantage for Associates’ Purchasing module.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list which displays information such as Powerbuy ID, Powerbuy Name, Fiscal Period, Master Vendor Name and others.
