How to View and Download Won Opportunities in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to view and download won opportunities in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Opportunities.

6. Select the list that corresponds to the Won Opportunities view in your region.

7. From the command bar, select Export to Excel. The download will automatically start and will be saved to your computer.

   • If Export to Excel isn’t displayed within the command bar, click the ellipsis icon (⋮) and find this option.
