How to View the Quotes Related to an Opportunity in CRM

Overview:

This guide explains how to edit the columns in the opportunity page of CRM. By doing so, you can customize your view according to your needs.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Opportunities.

6. Select your desired quotes view from the dropdown menu located on the upper left corner of the screen.

7. Locate the opportunity that you want to view. Open its full details by clicking the subject (hyperlink).

8. By default, you will land on the Summary tab. Switch to Quotes.

   • If Quotes is not visible, simply click the downward arrow next to the Related tab, then, choose Quotes.
