Overview:
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view notes in Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associate only.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.
Select Powerbuy from the sub-menu.
Use the search bar to enter the Powerbuy Name or ID.
Click the Powerbuy ID which is a hyperlink to open its details.
Locate the notes icon on the right side of the screen.
The number beside the icon indicates how many notes are currently included.
Click the notes icon.
The notes will appear on the right side of the screen.
