How to View the Vendor Details in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to view the vendor details in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and click on Vendors.

6. You will be directed to the Active Vendors view.

7. Locate the Vendor that you want to view the details by using Filter by or Quick Find.

8. Once located, click the Vendor Name which is a hyperlink.

9. The Vendor Details page will be displayed. Use the tabs to identify the required information you are looking for.
