How to View Vendors in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to view the vendor listed in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Vendors.

6. You will be directed to the Active Vendors view.

7. Here, you can view information about each vendor, including the following:

   • Vendor Name

   • Vendor Number

   • Country

   • Created On

   • Company Code
