Overview:
Adobe introduced High Growth Offers in the VIP Marketplace (VIP MP) to help accelerate customer adoption, support seat expansion, and simplify migration from legacy licensing programs. These offers provide competitive pricing, create migration paths for CLP/TLP customers, and offer a transition option for VIP Level 17-23 customers moving to VIP Marketplace.
Objectives of High Growth Offers:
Accelerate seat expansion within VIP Marketplace through competitive pricing.
Enable a seamless transition from CLP/TLP to VIP Marketplace.
Provide a migration path for VIP Level 17-23 customers moving to VIP Marketplace.
Eligibility:
Customer Types:
Existing Acrobat customers in VIP and VIP Marketplace.
Acrobat customers migrating from CLP/TLP to VIP Marketplace.
Commitment Level:
A 3-Year Commitment (3YC) is required.
Eligible Products:
Acrobat Pro for Teams and Acrobat Pro for Enterprise only.
Eligible Segments:
Commercial (COM) and Government (GOV).
Requirements:
Offers are available at renewal and mid-cycle.
Subject to current seat count rules (except for migration from High Volume Discounts).
These offers are available exclusively through partners. Direct customer access is not permitted.

Business Rules:
Renewal:
Both existing seats and newly added seats qualify for High Growth Offer pricing.
Mid-cycle:
Only newly added seats qualify for High Growth Offer pricing.
New Customer Eligibility:
Only customers migrating from CLP/TLP and new to VIP Marketplace are eligible.
Migration Support (VIP L17–23 to VIP MP)
Step-down pricing helps customers transition gradually to standard pricing.
High Growth Offers are available to VIP Level 17–22 customers without seat count restrictions; however, the minimum order quantity requirement (100, 250, or 500 seats) still applies.
Level 23 customers must migrate to VIP Custom or ETLA agreements..
Additional Notes:
Customers can add more seats at the same discount within their 3YC.
Auto-renewal is supported at the High Growth Offer rate during the 3YC.
Extended-term contracts are not eligible.
Acrobat Standard seats count toward eligibility but must still meet MOQ for Acrobat Pro.
