Overview:
This document includes steps on how to change or adjust the number of your Adobe Xvantage renewal.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can increase at any time, if you want to decrease return quantities after placing an order or a renewal, you need to return the order (How to return an Adobe item in Xvantage). Decreasing after 14 days is only possible at subscription auto-renewal (auto-renew needs to be enable) date to schedule the renewal quantities.
You can increase or decrease the number of seats in your Adobe Cloud subscription.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu click My Business, then select Subscriptions.
Search for the customer and select the subscription.
Select Change on top right-hand side of the screen, then select Plan or quantity from the options.
Click the edit pencil and change to On subscription auto-renewal day then hit Apply.
Scroll down and make the necessary decrease or increase wanted to set the subscription to the QTYs you want to renew, then hit Next.
Fill in any mandatory Information, then hit Place order.
Once the order is placed you will be able to navigate to the order page or history on the subscription, and you will see it processing.
If you click View, it will show you details including the renewal costs. Viewing the order shows the renewal details and costs. Once the scheduled order is complete you cannot change anything on the subscription. If you need to make changes you can cancel the Schedule order by hitting the view button and then cancel.
