Summary
This FAQ article provides information about Adobe consumables and transactions in Xvantage.
Question: What are Adobe Consumables and Transactions that we can find in Xvantage?
Answer: Adobe consumables are usage-based products, such as Acrobat Sign transactions, Adobe Stock credit packs, and Firefly Standard credits, that are available for a limited period. Unlike named-user licenses, consumables are purchased as credits and are consumed as they are used.
Most consumables expire at the end of the applicable subscription term, which is typically aligned with your VIP Marketplace agreement anniversary date. Some credit-based products may expire 12 months from the purchase date. Any unused credits are forfeited at expiration and do not carry over to the next term.
Before purchasing consumables, carefully review your expected usage to ensure the quantity purchased will meet your needs during the validity period.

Warning: Consumable orders can only be returned if none of the purchased credits have been used. Once any credit has been consumed, the order is no longer eligible for return.
