Process:

Subtopic 1: View Recommendations During a Subscription Change

1. Log in to Xvantage™.

2. From the left navigation menu, navigate to My Business → Subscriptions.

3. Locate and open the active Adobe subscription you want to modify.

4. Click Change to update the subscription plan or license quantity.

5. On the Change Subscription page, scroll to the Add More Products section. In this section, Xvantage™ displays recommended Adobe products and services that may be relevant to the customer based on their current subscription.

Subtopic 2: View Recommendations During Checkout

1. Add an Adobe subscription or product to your cart and begin the checkout process.

2. In the cart, locate the View Recommendations option below the selected item.

3. Click View Recommendations to display additional Adobe products and services that may complement the customer's purchase.

4. Review the recommended products.
