Question: What should I do if I notice a discrepancy in my AWS subscription bill?
Answer: If you identify a billing discrepancy, start by contacting your Ingram AWS Sales Representative or emailing AWS@ingrammicro.com with the details. Your Sales Representative will then submit the case to our Partner Support team to investigate the issue further. If additional assistance from AWS is required, the root credential owner will open a support ticket with AWS.
If Ingram Micro doesn’t hold the root credentials, the root owner will be required to create an AWS support ticket unless Ingram has a Billing and Support role.
If Ingram Micro has the Billing and Support role, this allows Ingram Micro to have visibility into the AWS Account and can then create an AWS support ticket on the Reseller’s behalf
