Question 1: What if I already have an existing AWS DSA?
Answer: Distribution Seller Agreements (DSA) are transferable between distributors. If you need to transfer your signed DSA, an email notification must be sent to AWS from you (the Reseller) to notify AWS that you are looking to transfer distributors. Email alias is distribution-program-team@amazon.com.
Question 2: I created the Distribution Billing Account, why am I unable to log into the AWS account?
Answer: Ingram Micro will create an AWS Billing account under Ingram Micro’s Master Payer account. The billing will filter through this AWS account, and Resellers will not receive access to it.
Question 3: I didn’t receive my CloudCheckr login credentials. How do I request them to be sent?account?
Answer: Please email your onboarding rep or AWS Sales Rep so they can request a ticket to have the credentials resent. If you do not know who your Representative is, please email AWS@ingrammicro.com.
Question 4: How to proceed with Partner Central Account linking?account?
Answer: Individual linking accounts are assigned as either an Alliance Lead or Cloud Admin user in AWS Partner Central. Have a 12-digit ID for AWS Marketplace Seller Account or AWS account where both AWS Partner Central and Marketplace activities can be conducted in the future. Identify and work with an AWS IT Administrator, who has access to AWS Identify and Access Management (IAM) console for the AWS account that will be linked with AWS Partner Central.
