Question 1: How much time is available to collect CloudCheckr data?

Answer: You have 90 days to gather data from CloudCheckr before account privileges are revoked by Ingram Micro.

Question 2: My AWS Payee (Consolidated) accounts are closed. Why am I still receiving an invoice?

Answer: For AWS Payee (Consolidated) accounts, an additional invoice for the upcoming month will be generated. This invoice will include all usage charges up to the date when you accept the invitation to the new billing entity.

Question 3: When will my invoice reset after moving to a new billing entity?

Answer: If you have a Stand-alone Master Payer account (completed during the onboarding process), your invoice will reset to the first day of the month corresponding to your transition into the new billing entity. It’s essential to complete the offboarding process within the specified AWS window timeframe to ensure a smooth transition.

Question 4: Who will manage my new billing entity?

Answer: If the AWS account is moving to a new AWS provider, it’s the responsibility of the new AWS Provider to invite the account(s) to their AWS Organization. It’s also the responsibility of the AWS Account Owner to accept the invitations for the new billing entity to commence.
