Overview:
This document illustrates the steps on how to manage renewals in Xvantage.
Subtopic 1: How to Locate the Renewals Page
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Renewals.
The Renewals page displays all available renewal opportunities, including details such as Vendor, End User, End Date, and other relevant information.
Subtopic 2: How to Search for Specific Renewable Opportunity
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Renewals.
Click the drop-down menu on the left side of the search box.
Select the desired search criterion from the drop-down menu.
Enter the relevant information in the search box to locate the renewal opportunity.
For a more specific search, click Advanced Search.
Select the desired criteria in Advanced Search, such as Status, Date Type, and Vendor.
Apply the search criteria to display the relevant renewal opportunities.
Subtopic 3: How to View Details and Make Modifications with an Upcoming Renewal Opportunity
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Renewals.
Browse the list of renewal opportunities and select the one you want to review.
Click the Reseller PO # to open the renewal record and view the details of the renewal quote.
To request a modification to the renewal, click Contact Sales Team in the upper-right corner of the page.
In the pop-up window, provide the required information. You may include:
Additional recipients in the CC field
Additional Information
Click Send to submit your message to the Sales Team.
Subtopic 4: How to Download a Copy of a Renewable Opportunity
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Renewals.
Browse the list of renewal opportunities and select the one you want to download.
Click the Reseller PO # to open the renewal record.
Click Download.
The file will be automatically downloaded and saved to your device.
