How to Locate Device Enrollments in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This document outlines the steps to locate Device Enrollments within Xvantage.

Process: 

1. 1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left menu options, select Services, and then choose Device Enrolments.

3. Device Enrollment Plan or DEP is used to deploy your corporate-owned MaC or IoS devices at a faster rate. 

4. View the Resources tab next to Device Enrollments to view the news about the product and services offered by Ingram Micro.

5. Navigate to Device Enrollments tab, and in Apple DEP, select OPEN.

6. There are three tabs:

• History: Previous transaction details

• Basket: Product cart details

• Notes & Documentation: Provides DEP status and Transaction Status using Indicators. 

7. Select the History tab. You can enter the serial number of your device to obtain the status of DEP.

8. On the right side of the screen, you have the Filter options to use and derive results in a specific format.

9. You can also use the Search field to obtain the necessary details.

10. The table comprises of all the details of your device, the DEP status, etc. 

11. Apple products purchased from Ingram Micro can only use the Apple-DEP tool. Enrollment for Apple devices bought outside Ingram Micro is not applicable.
