Overview:
This article explains how to access Renewals Help Guides in Xvantage™, including resources for renewal programs, order confirmations, renewal status definitions, and contact information for the Renewals Team.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business → Renewals.
On the Renewals page, click More Renewals.
On the right side of the page, click Help Guides.
A pop-up window opens and provides access to the following resources:

Renewals Team contact information
Order Confirmation Linecard
Renewals Status Definitions
