This article explains how to contact the Renewals Team in Xvantage™ for assistance with renewal-related inquiries.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business → Renewals.
On the Renewals page, click More Renewals.
Click Contact Renewals Team.
Your default email application opens with the Renewals Team's email address pre-filled.
Enter the details of your request and send the email.
