Overview:
This document includes steps on how to adjust the price of an existing Subscription in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
On the left pane, click My business and then click Subscriptions. You will land on the order summary page that contains the summary of all subscription orders.
Click the subscription ID (hyperlink) to view the full details.
Note: If there is a pending unprocessed order, the user must wait until the subscription is completed to make any changes.
By default, you will land on the Overview tab. To make changes, click Adjust prices and change accordingly.
Click Apply to save changes.
