Question 1: How can the user access the Subscription details of Xvantage?
Answer: The user can access Xvantage Subscription through the below navigation path:
Left navigation menu>My Business>Subscriptions
Question 2: What kind of subscription details can be found on Xvantage?
Answer: Each subscription has various details available on Xvantage which are grouped into:
Current Term tab - Quick overview on your subscriptions and key important details such as Plan & Options, Quantity, Cost, Margin and Customer Price. This is also where the Adjust prices button is functional.
Manage Renewal tab - Contains information on the renewal status of the subscription. This is also where the Auto Renew button is functional.
History tab - This stores the complete history of your subscription. It will provide a detailed record of changes, upgrades or downgrades that were made over time through the categories Created, Status, Order Type, Order Number, and Total Price. This tab also comes with a view link.
Billing tab - Your payment method will be shown here. The date when the subscription will be auto renewed is also indicated.
Customer details tab - This contains all the relevant information about the end customer associated with the subscription. This includes the company name, account ID, Tax ID, Reseller Account ID, and Administrative/Billing/Technical information.
