Overview:
This document outlines the steps to view order details in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left side menu options, select My business.
Next, click on Orders.
Search and select the order or invoice that you want to review.
Next to the ETA, click the eye icon for that specific invoice.
In the Order Summary section, select View Details.
Here you can see the Order details such as Line, Description, Status, ETA, Quantity etc.
Below the Reseller PO number, you will find View more details. Select it to view the Shipping address, the Billing address, and the End Customer address of the Order.
