How to Contact a Sales Representative for Sales Inquiries in Xvantage™

Overview:

The Contact us page enables you to connect with the appropriate point of contact based on your issue.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.  

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Help and Support.

3. Scroll down to the How can we assist you? section. Under Get the help you need, click Contact Us.

   • Alternatively, you may directly click and head to Contact Us from the left navigation menu.

4. Under Get the Help you Need, click Contact Us.

5. Various departments/categories will be displayed such as:

   • Pre-Sales and Sales

   • Sales Support Vendor Management

6. Click Contact Us under each category to view full details.
