Overview:
Refer to this KB article to customize your order notifications. You can control order notifications through your Account Settings, but this article will guide you on how to do it directly from the Orders page.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business. Then, select Orders.
Find the order you want to view by choosing a search parameter and using the search field, or by applying the order filters that are available.
Once found, just click on the reseller PO# to view the complete order information.
Within the Order Summary tab, click the Notify button.
A small dialog box will show up where you can adjust the notification preferences. Check the box that matches your notification choice:
Order Confirmation
Backordered
Shipped
Delivery Updates
Pre-shipment Updates
You can also include the email addresses of who should receive the order notifications. Click the Add button.
Once done, hit Save.
