How to Contact an APC Sales Representative in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article describes how to locate an APC Sales representative’s contact details in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors, then select APC by Schneider Electric.

3. The APC by Schneider Electric home page appears.

4. Click Contact Us tab.

5. On the APC’s Contact Us page, APC Sales representatives are listed along with their contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.

6. Click on the email address of the contact you wish to reach. This action will launch your email client. Draft your message and send it.
