How to Contact Cloud Support for Billing and Invoicing in Xvantage™

Overview

This article explains how to contact Cloud Support for billing and invoicing inquiries in Xvantage™.

Process

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Contact Us.

3. On the Contact Us page, under Select the option that best suits you, choose the Cloud Support tab.

4. Complete the Cloud Support for Billing and Invoicing form with the required information.

5. Click Submit to send your request.

6. Your billing or invoicing inquiry is submitted to Cloud Support for review and follow-up.
