How to Contact Dell Team in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to locate and contact a Dell Technologies representative through Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Vendors, then choose Dell Technologies from the vendor list.

3. On the Dell Technologies page, scroll to the Meet the Team section.

4. Review the available Dell representatives and their contact details, including:

   • Name

   • Job title

   • Email address

   • Phone number

5. Select the representative you want to contact, then click either the email address or the Email button.

6. n Outlook email window opens with the recipient's email address automatically populated in the To field.

7. Enter your message and select Send.
