How to Contact Lenovo Team for Sales Inquiries in Xvantage™

This article describes how to contact Lenovo team for sales inquiries.

Process:

Subtopic 1. Via the Lenovo Vendor Homepage

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors, then select Lenovo.

3. Scroll down to the section Let’s talk Lenovo.

4. Fill in the form and click Submit.

Subtopic 2. Via the Contact Us page

1. Within Xvantage hover over the left navigation and click Contact us at the lower left corner.

2. In Additional resources section click Contact us (hyperlink) under Solution Design & Services.

3. Click on the hyperlinked email address under Solution Design and Services.

4. Your default email application will open.

5. Compose your email and clearly state that you are requesting vendor-supported (deal) pricing. Include the following details, if available:

   • Product or solution

   • Expected deal size or volume

   • Any applicable vendor programs

6. Click Send to submit your request.
