How to Create a Renewal Quote for a Proofpoint MYD Subscription in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can create a renewal quote for an existing Proofpoint MYD subscription.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.

3. Choose Quotes from the My Business sub-menu.

4. Locate the existing quote you’d like to renew.

5. Open the quote and click Revise. If a renewal offer is available, click Revise Your Quote.

6. Alternatively, open the subscription details page and click View Renewal.

7. Review the renewal quote details and make any modifications as needed.

8. Submit the renewal quote request.

9. Once the Proofpoint approval is ready confirm that the renewal quote status is Ready to Order and you can proceed to checkout.
