How to Make a Subscription Amendment for an Active Proofpoint MYD in  Xvantage™

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can modify an active Proofpoint Multi-Year Deal subscription.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.

3. Choose Subscriptions from the My Business sub-menu.

4. Locate and open the active Proofpoint MYD subscription.

5. Click Change.

6. Select Plan or Quantity.

7. Choose whether the amendment will take effect immediately or on a future date.

   Note: Specify the effective date if a future-dated change is required.

8. Select the amendment type.

9. Choose Upsell if additional licenses are required and then increase the license quantity as needed.

10. Choose Upgrade if a higher-tier product is required, then select an eligible replacement product.

11. Choose Cross-Sell if additional products are required.

    • Navigate to Add More Products, then select an eligible product and enter the required quantity.

12. Verify that any Required service or support SKUs have been automatically added.

13. Review the final quote details.

14. Submit the amendment quote request.

15. Once the amendment status changes to Ready to Order you can proceed to Checkout when the amendment is Approved.
