Overview:
This document outlines the step-by-step process to duplicate an existing quote on Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left-hand menu, click My Business and select Quotes from the dropdown list.
On the Quotes page, locate the quote you want to duplicate.
Click on the quote name to open its details.
On the quote detail screen, click the Clone Quote button.
The cloned quote opens with the same line items and configurations.
Make any necessary changes such as updating the customer details, quantity, or pricing.
Click Save to create a new quote.
